This website
The public site is static files plus a booking endpoint. There is no account, no cookie banner, and no advertising or analytics pixel. Fonts and Sam's fallback media are hosted with the site. If you book a discovery, the request is sent to the Company AI Architect team for confirmation. This page does not keep a customer database. Text submitted in the chat is processed even when you do not submit a booking or message. Your browser may keep a small local marker so Sam can recognize a returning visit; you can remove it by clearing this site's browser data.
Talking with Sam
Text you send to Sam is processed on this site so she can answer. Sam uses her original recorded portrait videos. Spoken replies use pre-recorded Eve clips for known receptionist lines; unmatched answers stay on screen and are not sent to a paid speech service. If you enable your microphone, speech recognition may be provided by your browser vendor. Text input remains available. Do not share customer records, medical or legal information, passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive data with Sam. We send the sales team a short structured summary when you book, not the full conversation transcript.
Booking
If you book, we collect the name, work email, company, optional phone number, requested time, and business need you provide. The booking is recorded in our private workflow, and—when calendar integration is enabled—Google Calendar receives the details needed to create the event and send an invitation. Confirmation email may be delivered by our email provider.
Optional deposits
Deposits are optional and the discovery call remains free. Stripe hosts the checkout and handles payment-card information directly. Card numbers and security codes never pass through or get stored by this website.
Discovery and paid work
Email and booking details you send us are used to arrange the call and scope work. Do not put customer names, job notes, medical, legal, or payment data in that first message. The call is a fit check. Paid audits and implementations happen on hardware you control, or on our tower only for the duration of the engagement, then the package is yours.
The product
When privacy is required, models and knowledge stay on a tower, mini, or machine at your site. We do not sell metered access to your customers. We do not train a public model on your files. You keep the audit report and the private bundle even if you do not continue.
