You shouldn't have to wonder what happens to what you say.
If you're just visiting, this site doesn't keep a file on you. No account. No tracking pixel. No cookie banner, because there's nothing to disclose.
When you talk with Sam
She's here to help you get oriented and, if it makes sense, hold a time. This page is a live demonstration — the conversation is processed by a hosted model, not a machine in your shop. Don't send customer names, medical or legal files, or payment details in a first conversation. You won't need them.
If you only talk and leave, we don't open a client file. Your browser may keep a little session memory so she doesn't re-ask your name. If you book a time, leave a note, or send an async audit, we keep those operational fields so we can follow up. Do not send patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, or other medical details through that form.
If we do work together
Paid work can live on hardware you control, or on a machine used only for that engagement. That is separate from this website demo. We don't train a public model on your files. You keep the report and the bundle even if you stop after the audit.
